If you received notification that you were academically disqualified at the end of the Spring 2026 semester and you experienced extenuating circumstances outside of your control that impacted your academic performance, you may be eligible to appeal your disqualification.
The deadline to submit a disqualification appeal for Spring 2026 is Wednesday, July 1st, 2026.
If you are interested in submitting a disqualification appeal:
- Review the Disqualification Appeal Submission Guidelines website. Your appeal must be submitted through the Online Disqualification Appeal Form provided.
- Attend a Disqualification Options Workshop, hosted by the Academic Advising Office. This workshop will review the disqualification appeal process and what other options are available for you to continue your education. This workshop is not required to submit your appeal, but can be helpful to learn what to include to write a strong appeal.
- Use our Academic Disqualification Appeal Letter Guide to help you draft your appeal letter. This worksheet can be used if you need a structured guide as you draft your appeal.
- Submit your appeal by the posted deadline.
